What foods should you not eat?
Sample menu of the week
- Monday: You can eat any fruit except bananas, grapes and other prohibited foods.
- Tuesday: This day calls for boiled chicken breast for lunch. Maximum serving size is 300g. You need to boil it without the skin. You can also bake the chicken if desired.
